As a newbie starting out, this is great. It goes into detail how to transition into the positions, and reminds you to breathe as you move. I also appreciate that it goes slow, so I have time to focus and Ive used this app for several years now. Its helped me during pregnancy (with my OB doctors OK), postpartum weight loss, its helped after I was in a bad accident and I was able to get back to my normal self. When my back aches, Ill do a few stretches to help loosen up. I like the different routines that have been added too. Overall, excellent app for someone who doesnt know a lot about yoga, but enjoys it. The routines are slow paced so I have never got lost or behind the instructors. properly get into the poses. I did this diligently for months every day in preparation for my wedding, and I was toned and felt great on the big day! Three years later I still use this app in my work out routine. It is low impact (good on my bum knees and hips) while working to tone and stretch all your muscles.

Awesome for first-timers
Love this app. I have old fractured vertebra and nerve injuries and always thought yoga would help. The classes I took (even beginner level) I always pushed too hard and they assumed some level of toga knowledge.
Love this app because once you get the routine down you dont need to look at the screen and can just concentrate on the yoga itself. You can start slow with beginner, intermediate, or expert levels) and for a short period (20, 30, or 40 min workouts).
Ive been doing it 6x/week for about 2 weeks and can already see a difference in my physical ability to do certain things. My core strength has improved which lessens the pain in my back. Great app and cant wait to improve into the different levels!!
I have been wanting to get into yoga; and Ive found this great app. Even though the instructor goes a bit fast for the beginners 20 minute exercise; its easy to improvise. Just listen and dont worry about watching. I havent paid for other features; but I am sure I eventually will. First day and o did (2) workouts; 1- 20 minutes and 2- 40 minutes; and I feel GREAT! Thanks for this app; its WONDERFUL. I wish I could give it 10 stars!!!!
