Our yoga workshops are convenient sessions that last from one to three days. Sessions are scheduled for various durations, but are typically shorter than teacher training programs and multi-day yoga retreats. Students find that our yoga workshops are great way to deepen their knowledge of yoga, learn more about a particular area of the body or start from scratch with our Yoga 101 Workshop for beginners.
