You will be required to acquire 20 hours of Anatomy training. The Anatomy portion of the training will be divided among nine asana series which include Standing, Balancing, Arm Balances, Inversions, Backbends, Twists, Forward Bends, Seated, Reclining and Restorative.
Each series will have an anatomy teaching on which parts of the body are being used and affected by the series. You will also learn rotations, locks, and the physiological effects of the poses on the body. Viewing of the anatomy video two weeks prior to retreat is mandatory. The anatomy workshop is scheduled in tandem with the Retreat.
