Our Dear WE Yogis,

West End Yoga Center

We are now offering level 1-2 classes in Studio Be (with masks and social distancing, and limiting the number of students to 8): Mondays at 6 pm, Wednesdays at 9:30 am and 7:30 pm, and Saturdays at 10. We will also offer Restorative Yoga on Tuesdays at 7:30 pm, beginning November 17. Please view the COVID19 Guidelines. WE are continuing to live stream 16 classes each week (see LiveStream schedule).

PLEASE NOTE: You must now pre-register and pre-pay for all classes.

You can REGISTER HERE for classes or on the schedule page.  The new WE process is as follows… 

  • You MUST pre-register and pre-pay for classes.
  • Please complete this waiver online before your first class.
  • After registering for any class you will receive an email and/or text confirmation (which you will use to join Live Stream).
  • You can sign-up for several classes in advance when you register or choose 12 classes for $110. See payment options.
  • You can cancel at least one hour before a class for a full refund or to reschedule from your Vagaro account at Vagaro.com.
  • You can also access your account from the Vagaro app (not Vagaro Pro).   
  • No props or mats are available at the studio; please bring them along for your practice. See how to create your own yoga props.

45-minutes of Yin Yoga where the postures are restful and held for longer periods of time… the longer, passive holds leads to deep relaxation, stretches deeper into the connective tissues of the body. Followed by 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra meaning “conscious sleep”.
