The Yoga of Breath: A Pranayama Workshop Live On Line with Richard Rosen

This workshop will introduce participants to the basic essentials of modern pranayama. It will focus on the two major breaths, Conqueror (ujjayi) and Against-the-Grain (viloma) and other traditional breaths. It will also include a mini-workshop on the most important asana for beginning pranayama, Corpse Pose (or shavasana).
