I had been wanting to take Christine’s SMHD series for quite some time and Quarantine seemed like the perfect time to start. My SMHD experience exceeded all my expectations and has definitely improved my quality of life. For the first time, I was able to maintain a meditation practice, which has enabled me to calm my mind when I wake up in the middle of the night and get back to sleep quickly. It’s always been hard for me to take care of myself in ways that I deemed indulgences and SMHD has given me permission for the self care that I badly needed. The series also included ways to get in touch with our artistic sides through poetry, dance, and drawing which was such a pleasure and nourishing experience.

LIBERATION YOGA CLASSES ARE HOSTED ONLINE THROUGH ZOOM. All publicly held classes are temporarily suspended in compliance with the City of Los Angeles mandate.

To sign up for online classes please follow these steps:

  1. Download the MindBody App and sign up for classes there. Note: you can use our website schedule for reference, but you must sign up through MindBody online or the app.

  2. Download the free Zoom app onto your phone, tablet, or computer.

  3. A zoom link will be sent to you 15 minutes prior to class. (Please try not to sign up less than 15 minutes before class.)

  4. Enjoy Liberation in your home!

(All series and memberships will apply.)

As always, your health and well being are our highest priority, especially as we travel this road together.
