This is an all-levels class - some experience suggested, but not necessary. Vinyasa Flow classes can range from moderate to more challenging. You will build strength, heat, endurance, concentration, flexibility and mobility. You will link movement to breath to develop and maintain a deep internal connection. Poses will range from intermediate to advanced. Modifications will be offered when needed to help make poses more accessible to your body.
