A WORD ABOUT ME
One of my greatest joys is helping people shift perspective and center on to their priorities: to connect them to their passion so they walk out their purpose.
My schooling and background is in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management (L’École des Roches, Valais, Switzerland) and I hold a BA in International Humanities from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
We are meant to meet and if you'd care to join us, come be part of the PatchWork™ to be connected with one another in all things to make a difference, be the difference, not only in each other's lives, but to the world in need of change.
Please fill out the online form to stay connected!
I am the researcher, developer, and author of RUACH: Power of the Breath™.
"Ruach" is the Hebrew word for "breath" and "spirit."
The practice of RUACH: Power of the Breath™ is an international, inter-denominational, Scripture-inspired movement of restoration and mindfulness focused on breath awareness, manipulation, and control to recognize physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional ability.
Comprised of multiple disciplines, the object is to achieve mind-body-spirit connection through breath and body consciousness and increased strength, mobility, stability, flexibility, agility, balance, focus, and mindfulness.
I trained in (predominantly) yoga; my certification through YogaFit in Las Vegas, NV and have taught and practiced in:
|Cambodia - Siem Reap||Austria - Nauders||California:|
|Indonesia - Bali||Turkey - Istanbul||Los Angeles|
|Japan - Narita||Switzerland:||San Diego|
|Korea - Seoul||Nyon||Nevada:|
|Turkey - Istanbul||Lenzburg||Henderson|
|New York - NYC|
|Ohio - All Over|
We are God’s Army and we (his followers and believers) represent the Kingdom. “We can do ALL THINGS through Christ who strengthens us.” (Philippians 4:13) In this discipline, we can be THE Difference in an increasingly chaotic world.
We are currently searching for individuals who want to be trained and certified in the teaching, philosophy and principles of Ruach™ so that they, too, can help others in the health and fitness goals, while fulfilling the scripture call of Christian ministry (The Great Commission) and spreading the love of God (through Christ) through praise and worship.
