He gave my heart a safe place to land where I could be before Him on my mat and see others struggling before the Lord…and it was ok! He gave me brothers and sisters, who while diverse and from varying backgrounds, at the end of the day wanted one thing – more of Jesus! So, if you want to be, “welcomed as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God” (Romans 15:7, ESV), then Holy Yoga is a safe place to experience it and you’ll be glad you did.

Shaun Harris, R-HYI

Nothing in this world is worth doing outside of Jesus. Holy Yoga offers a safe place to worship Jesus while doing yoga. Truly, Holy Yoga’s first goal is to honor and glorify Him. The yoga is an extrinsic benefit or rather the mode in which we choose to meet with our LORD. Once I became aware of the mission statement, the strong focus and physical benefits of Holy Yoga…I thought, why not Holy Yoga?

Adrienne Kinde, R-HYI

Why Holy Yoga? Because I was naive to the fact that yoga was not religion. I was afraid to try it because I thought it would it be contradictory to my Christian faith roots. Holy Yoga has opened my soul to a world of non-judgment, love and grace.

Shay Hampton, R-HYI

I am nearly finished with the first phase of my Holy Yoga teacher training and besides the expected physical benefits, I have been blessed beyond my wildest expectations in how this experience is drawing me closer to my Lord and Savior. I have been blessed with the testimonies of my instructors as they breathe and weave the Word of God into their sessions, and the Bible studies with Brooke and the conference calls for training are inspirational.
